After working as a partner in several Top 10 accountancy firms for the previous 20 years or so Steve Duffety decide to leave and set up his own small niche accountancy practice on 1 December 2018. He was joined by a former colleague, Andy Gooderham, and they started SMD Accounts LLP on 1 December 2020. The philosophy of the practice is to provide clients with a highly personal and responsive service based on a deep understanding of our clients and their businesses. The practice is a member firm of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
